This handsome young Tabby has shown up at one of our feral colonies in Newburn in March. Neutered, no collar or microchip. Very friendly with humans and other cats. Needs a nice new home .

post here if you think this friendly cat could be yours or you are willing to offer him a home...

I know this may sound like a very stupid question, but have to try everything, we lost our tabby cat who is very friendly to everyone, but she's female, someone said they'd spotted her with a group of white/black feral cats at the back of keelmans, we went down everyday, no luck, she has greeny yellow eyes, black pads, little bit white on chin rest tabby colour, is this one you have definately a boy?

Hi Vicki, Yes he is def. a boy. Desperately needing a home as he is not equipped to live the 'feral life' with our black & whites at the Keelman. Susan feeds them at 2.00pm each day behind the B&B cottages to the left of the Keelman gates.

Hi Vicki. Did u have your tabby speyed? It was very difficult to see if Tabby was a boy when he was checked at Vets for microchip. A few people have assumed he is a girl because he is so docile & friendly. Have got a new photo today, will upload it over the weekend or I could email it to you.

Hi Linda, thank you for talking to me to-day. I looked at the photo, but it does not seem Harry, as Harry did not have any cream colour in the body, just a little bit of white/cream under the chin. However, to cancel any doubt, how can come and see him?

Hi Alessandra

The Tabby comes to be fed at approx. 2.00pm each day with the black & white ferals at the Keelman Pub just past Newburn Leisure Centre on River at Newburn.(Earlier on a Saturday) . Follow the road round before you go through the pub gates, Susan feeds them just behind the B&B. If you let me know what day you are going I will try to be there.

Hi Carol

Unfortunately he wasn't their missing cat. He will be going onto the Non CP cats to be homed list soon as he isn't equipped to be living outside like our ferals. He is friendly with other cats and with people but just needs a loving home.

Hi Linda,

I'm so glad that Tabby Tiger has found home at last, as I felt so bad I could not adopt it.

CP CATS NEEDING HOMES

We always have adult cats seeking new homes, our Cats are fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered, and come with 4 weeks free Insurance from PetPlan.

There is an Adoption Fee of £50 required, and of course if you wish to add a donation on top of that, we would be very grateful indeed. As you can imagine, neutering costs alone are eaten up by the adoption fee.

Visit the page to see the cats available by clicking this LINK or selecting the page in the top menu bar.
