Four cats who do not appear to have an owner, have been causing a public disturbance within the Burdale Avenue area.

Residents cats have been attacked, resulting in Vet Bills.

Cat flaps have been barricaded, but the cats break in to steal food, spray and soil within property.

These cats all appear to be male.

2 are Black & White large cats

1 is Ginger tabby

1 is a pale Ginger short coated cat.

Cats Protection intend to trap these cats, test them for Feline Aids/Leukaemia, should they test positive, they will be humanely put to sleep, if negative, neutered and released back to the area.

If any of these is your cat, and you have an objection, please contact Cats Protection on 0191 2963512 before the 12th June 10.

Please note, we only operate within the Newcastle upon Tyne/North Tyneside area.

CP CATS NEEDING HOMES

We always have adult cats seeking new homes, our Cats are fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered, and come with 4 weeks free Insurance from PetPlan.

There is an Adoption Fee of £50 required, and of course if you wish to add a donation on top of that, we would be very grateful indeed. As you can imagine, neutering costs alone are eaten up by the adoption fee.

Visit the page to see the cats available by clicking this LINK or selecting the page in the top menu bar.
