Non CP Cats Needing Home Post New Entry

HOW TO POST DETAILS

Posted by catsprotection on August 6, 2011 at 9:35 AM

You must be a member to post, if you are not please register via the link on the left hand side bar.

Simply Click the Link at the top of the page which says Post New Entry, and the rest is easy.

Give as many details of the cat as possible, and post a photograph if you can.

To add a photo, its easier to have a Photobucket free account. To get one, simply click this LINK

Once you have the account and uploaded the picture, click the square link, third from the right on the menu bar above and it will give you the option of using a photo in Photobucket by asking for the link.  The link is situated just under your photograph in Photobucket, and headed  DIRECT LINK.

I will be checking this page daily, so if your post does not appear immediately, dont worry, it will as soon as I have authorised it.

Good Luck in finding a new home for your cat.

DO NOT POST DETAILS OF YOUR CAT ON THE END OF THIS POST, START A NEW ONE.

Remember, the Title grabs attention, so, something like this would be good.

Tabby Female, S/H, 18 months, indoor cat,( use the abbreviation for Short Hair ( S/H ) or Long Hair ( L/H ) to save space.

And remember to place the area you live in.. not your address.

the more information you give about your cat the more likely you are to have enquiries, so tell us about their character, whether or not they go out, its age, health, whether or not its used to dogs or small children, and whether it likes other cats.

All the above are important, so give as much history and details as you can.

REMEMBER

Your cat must be neutered to use this service, we do NOT rehome un-neutered cats, unless it is under 5 months of age, if this is the case, you must state its exact age.

Cats over 10 years old, are not likely to find a new home. Everyone thinks that a little old lady somewhere would love their older cat, but little old ladies tend to want younger cats these days, so homes for older cats dont come along too often.

Im not saying dont try... please do, I just want you to be realistic about it.

NOTE:- We cannot assist with the re-homing of Pedigree Cats, please contact the breeder, or a breed specific rescue.

NEWCASTLE & NORTH TYNESIDE

Please note, we only operate within the Newcastle upon Tyne/North Tyneside area.

CP CATS NEEDING HOMES

We always have adult cats seeking new homes, our Cats are fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered, and come with 4 weeks free Insurance from PetPlan.

There is an Adoption Fee of £50 required, and of course if you wish to add a donation on top of that, we would be very grateful indeed. As you can imagine, neutering costs alone are eaten up by the adoption fee.

Visit the page to see the cats available by clicking this LINK or selecting the page in the top menu bar.
